起緣



The IFBA was registered in Singapore on 2012 February 8 with the registry of society as a non-profit society. The official registration number is T12SS0023H. The founding members are: 


  • Food & Beverage Management Association, Singapore,
  • Malaysian Food & Beverage Executives Association,
  • Cambodian Restaurant Association, and,
  • Food & Beverage Management Association, Germany.

IFBA在2012年2月8日新加坡登記成為無營利組織。官方登記號碼為T12SS0023H。

    課程內容：

    單元一：威士忌分類介紹 Whiskey introduction
    單元二：決定威士忌風味的因素和熟成
                    The main points cause Whiskey flavor and maturation.
    單元三：愛爾蘭威士忌的歷史、分類、製造、品牌年份介紹和品評
                    The introduction and appreciation for History, Types, Production, Brand of Irish Whiskey
    單元四：美國威士忌的的歷史、分類、製造、品牌年份介紹和品評
                    The introduction and appreciation for History, Types, Production, Brand of American Whiskey
    單元五：加拿大威士忌的歷史、分類、製造、品牌年份介紹和品評
                     The introduction and appreciation for History, Types, Production, Brand of Canadian Whisky
    單元六：蘇格蘭威士忌的歷史、分類、製造、品牌年份介紹和品評
                    The introduction and appreciation for History, Types, Production, Brand of Scotch Whisky
    單元七：日本威士忌的的歷史、分類、製造、品牌年份介紹和品評
                  The introduction and appreciation for History, Types, Production, Brand of Japanese Whisky

    講師陣容：
    中華民國國際調酒協會師資團隊授課， 結業、通過測驗者，於課程結束後，將由本會頒發給課程參加合格者認證 。
